It is going to happen in January! The Packaging Innovations is approaching and we want to be prepared for our very first official LOOK & LIKE attendance (drum roll). Our must have? A gimmick. Our assistant? Interproof‘s RubOns.
The first performance at a packaging fair, it has to be spectacular... So we thought of preparing a little give-away that will raise a smile on people’s faces and won’t end up in the bin.
For that reason, we decided to create a journal with our logo (a ‘Block’ as the Germans would say, although we prefer to call it a ‘blog’ as you can imagine). Though, before sending a print job that might disappoint us deeply, we wanted to make sure that we are dealing with a convincing design. The difficulty: How do we manage to prepare packaging samples that look like the final product?
We did some research and came across RubOns – (coloured) prints that can be rubbed on different surfaces. In fact, they promise to adhere to nearly any dust- and oil-free material. If it really works? Sandra will find out and explain:
