Yes boys, we always knew it. You are secretly using our beauty products, studies confirm … But guess what, Carlsberg Laboratories got your solution. Together with cosmetics producer Urtegaarden, they especially created a series of male grooming products from real Carlsberg lager and it looks a lot like the beer.
Which guy doesn’t love its beer, but would you put it in your hair too? As a matter of fact, barley, hops & yeast are rich in Vitamin B and silicium – both of which are said to have beautifying properties for both hair and skin. Lene Mølskov Bech, Senior Regulatory Lab Manager says: “Every day, we work with ingredients that not only taste great, but which could also help to make probably the world’s most beautiful men. So of course we had to give it a go!”
The limited Beer Beauty edition consists of refreshing shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The design follows the rules of the simple Carlsberg beer: Green bottle, white typography. Looks surprisingly convincing and I’m not just saying this because I want my beauty products back.
The limited edition beauty series will soon be available online and through special events and consumer promotions.
